The Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah has started already and Millions of Muslims from around the globe are arriving in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. this month is also known as The Month of the Pilgrimage because in it Hajj is performed. Prophet SAW used to fast during first nine days of this month. Hajj is performed on 8th and 9th of this month and then on 10th Dhu al-Hijjah Muslims celebrate the festival of Eid Ul Adha and also give sacrifice.
this year Eid Ul Adha is going to be celebrated on 24th of September in Saudi Arabia and in Pakistan it will be on 25th of September. Hajj will start on 22nd September and Day of Arafat will be on 23rd.
Eid Ul Adha is also known as big Eid. it is one of the two Islamic festival celebrated every year. On this Eid Muslims gives sacrifice of animals like goats, sheep and cow in memory of Prophet Abraham A.S sacrifice of his son Ishmael A.S.

the meat of sacrifice is distributed in poor people and relatives as well so many people get chance of eating meat on Eid Al Adha which they don't get in other days.
