Important Muslim Players In Cricket World Cup 2011

Cricket Fever is really high all around the  world these days specially in Subcontinent as the Cricket World Cup 2011 is just 3 days away from us now. Cricket World cup is considered biggest Cricketing event that takes place after every 4 years. This time World Cup is taking place in Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh.  14 teams are taking part in the World Cup and many Muslim Players are also included in these teams. Most of the good Muslim players are in Pakistani team. Following i have created a list of Important Muslim Players that are taking part in Cricket World Cup 2011.




Shahid Afridi: Shahid Khan Afridi is Captain of Pakistani team. He is a good performer in both bowling and batting departments. His performance will be really Important in this world cup if Pakistan have to win.

Shoaib Akhtar: He is the fastest bowler ever born in 125 years history of Cricket and he is a baller who can alone destroy a whole opposition when he is in form. Pakistan will be depending on him very much during World Cup 2011.

Misbah Ul Haq: Misbah Ul Haq Is a very good Pakistani Batsman. He is in very good form from last couple of months. He will have to continue his good performance in World Cup 2011 as well.

Shakib Ul Hasan: Shakib is Captain of Bangladeshi team, a good Batsman and also a good left arm spinner. Bangladeshi fans are expecting a lot from him in World Cup 2011.
